Okay. We recorded another video discussion on the FRS lawsuit. Hal Johnson, PBA's General Counsel, explains the ruling in some detail and we discuss where we go from here.

Warning: The audio is not great and we didn't realize until after we cut the video.

Hey Matt, look at your link. Only 5 post and one is yours. No one cares at PBA. That is why many LEO's are leaving your failed union.

After a very careful review of both budgets, a version of the PBA seniority/compression raise is included in both the House and Senate budgets.

In the Senate Budget:
For all three PBA bargaining units: FDLE Special Agents, State Law Enforcement Officers, and FHP Chapter the following pay raises will apply.
1) Officers with 5 years or less will get a three percent pay increase to the base salary.

2) Officers with 5 years or more will get a five percent pay increase to the base salary. This raise is on top of the 3% across the board pay increase for all state employees.

In the House Budget:
For the same three PBA bargaining units:
Officers will get an additional 3% increase in addition to the $1,400 across the board raise.

Sorry for the delay in getting all of the budget numbers together.

Remember - Negotiations will begin between the House and Senate soon.

Thank you and stay safe
