You guys need to get out while you have a chance... The new Sheriff and his pal from up north are going to make out of county Deputies lives misrable.... Take it from someone in the know that it will get worst than it is now.. A lot of agencies are now opened up for certified officers.... Please take care and be safe..

Probably a “formerDEP” because you were fired for not doing your job? I will say that I agree with your topic heading though, if you’re not happy with the Sheriff’s Office “GET OUT NOW!!! There are plenty of GOOD/PROFESSIONAL Officers that would be happy to work here. All haters please leave, your poisoning the good ones that care for the MCSO and the community it serves.
