Here's the most recent list of employees departing the Broward Sheriff's Office. Agency spokeswoman Veda Coleman-Wright could not say who is leaving because of the incoming administration of Broward Sheriff-elect Scott Israel or who may be leaving because it's his or her own decision.

Some of these folks we've already reported on. These are the names as of Dec. 31, Coleman-Wright said.

Then why the hell didn't you do anything about it, smart guy? If you are so much superior to the people listed, then why weren't you a decision maker in this agency? Let me help you out with that. Check off whichever applies
1. You were / are such a flaming A-Hole to everybody with your negative attitude, that no matter how smart you are, nobody wants you in their office
2. You are not as smart as you think you are, but more of a "1 idea a year worthy of a pat on the back" and you think your a genius
3. You are a genius, but a total slug, and while you do have great ideas, you don't have the fortitude or determination to see them through....or finally
4. You are one of those who don't have the nads to step up and take command or anything. Its too risky and its so much easier to sit in the back and mock those who do take risks and try to lead, whether they succeed or not, they try!!!

Sheriff Israel would've kept them if they were that good. Simply put...

I'm sick of the old timers who talk about the good ol' days of beating people up but are scared to kick a homeless bum in the face when he shoots off at the mouth.
I'm sick of the musclebound rookies who look real tough but have never been in a fist fight in their lives. I'm sick of the skinny nerd rookies who will tattletale if a real cop spits in the face of a mouthy suspect.
I'm sick of the roosters strutting around the office with their chest puffed out but they won't go out back and fight to settle an issue like real men do.
I'm sick of the skanks who get their way because they "put out" or inflate the ego of every hotshot coward they give stripes to.
I'm sick of the northeast transplants from NY and Boston who talk a good game but curl up in a fetal position when the southern gentleman gets in their face.

I'm thinking about going into the daycare field...I would hear less crying and whining in a preschool.
