I hear a merger with county is inevitable
in the near future. Anyone else hear the same?

This is nothing more that JM trying to pick his chief. He will orchestrated a fight with the manager and the contract as he tries to create his plan. He already got his buddy EA a job there as a Captain. Later he will pitch that BSO is better. Soon he will try to get you to hold up signs say HPD wants to merge with BSO. Because he is part of the transition team he thinks he will be able to name his chief SP once that occurs. Beware of the games that are being played behind closed doors for his personal gain of power. BSO is a mess look at what happens every time they have change sheriffs "BLOOD BATHS". At HPD we have civil service protection of our jobs at BSO we will have nothing but his will. Beware!
