Not trying to cause any unrest. I honestly want to know why did DC Biondolillo leave CCPD?

Really?! "Unrest" and "honestly"..... Then identify yourself or leave it alone.

Whats the big deal, didn't everyone get this?

I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish each of you a very happy and healthy holiday season. I also wanted to say thank you, to each of you, as each of you have touched my life in a very positive way. I am very grateful for having met each of you. My personal email address is aol.com, please feel free to keep in touch with me, and I will do the same. Additionally my cell phone number will remain the same 954-. Contrary to what you may have been told, I did not leave Coconut Creek employment because of the death of my friend to pancreatic cancer, I left to return to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the chief law enforcement agency for the State of Florida.

When I am settled in I will forward you all my contact information there as well, but I believe my email will be @fdle.state.fl.us. Its been an honor and privilege to work with each of you. If I can ever assist you personally or professionally please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you and stay safe,

Bob Biondolillo

Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the chief law enforcement agency for the State of Florida Did he really type this in an email??? WTF

I didn't get this emai, and I am glad I didn't. Good riddance, rubbish.

12-20-2012, 09:58 AM
I highly doubt he wrote that. I heard he left because he and the chief got into a fight. When was the christmas party? Once again i was not invited

12-20-2012, 01:40 PM
Why don't you think he wrote it... I know why because it sounded like he liked us. He never came to role call, never showed up on any stops or calls, he thought we were all stupid.. Chief I hope the new DC is a lot better then your last pick. Guys he took a subtle shot at us when he said he was returning to " the Chief law enforcement agency in the State of Florida" . He never had so good when he was here at the Creek. Good luck DC you can go anywhere you want as long as its not here.

He sent it to a very few special people, which is why its such a nice letter, and so few of us got it. And the not-so-subtle shot "FDLE, Chief Law Enforcement Agency in the State of Florida, yes, it sure seemed like a shot, from the top down. Good luck is wished on people you know, and respect. Didn't meet/talk to the man once, never showed up on traffic stops, and got someone fired that never should have been fired. Great work mister investigator. A stain removed from this department.

Have you noticed how calm its been since the X DC left. Maybe it just the holidays but very few rumors.

12-21-2012, 07:21 PM
The DC never had the Respect of Patrol. He seemed like always on some power trip but I don't know him because he NEVER talked to any of us. I am positive after the 2 years he was here he didn't know the names of 75% of the Department. He never made an effort to talk to us, if he passed you in the halls all he would do is say hello and keep on walking. Never asked any of us if we needed anything, he basically ignored all of us. He was the opposite of the Chief.

Hope the new DC has a personality because the old one had zero

12-22-2012, 02:41 AM
Funny how past co-workers all said the same thing about the XDC- Watch your back. I believe he caused more harm to the department, and lend largely to the distrust and hatred this department has created in the past few years. Not to say things have been perfect anyway...

And about the "new" DC- Whatever you can google, and the rumors about his background really should not matter. What really matters is the opinions of his co-works and fellow LEO's that put their lives in his hands, as a Leader. The general opinion about him is: Hes a good guy, and a great asset to any department. You can type and talk all the crap in the world, but unless you worked with him, you probably have no F***king clue/idea.

I hope this department can turn around, and become a positive environment to work. Anyone on the streets can see that Coconut Creek is changing and we need Unit cohesion to stay safe, and return to our families everyday/night. And that should be the priority, teamwork. I am not comparing CC to PB, FT Laud, and a few other areas, but the people moving into CC are not the same demographic as years prior.

Stay safe, and enjoy the Holidays--

PLEASE, SPARE US THE TEARS, THE D.C. WAS A (Edited to comply with Terms of Use) WHEN HE CAME TO THE CREEK, AND HE IS STILL A (Edited to comply with Terms of Use) WHEN HE LEFT! NEVER NEEDED A D.C POSITION TO BEGIN WITH WE COULD HAVE HAD TWO OFFICER POSITIONS FOR HIS SALARY. SAD, for us!

The man the last laugh, a 3 month paid vacation. allows him to use all his leave time, which he was not entitled, and than he stabs the in the back. Without question, hiring this was the worse personnel decision in the history of the city. If Sgt had any balls, he would have gone after during arbitration. Ever wonder how not only gets his job back, but ends up with the best position in the department? Hopefully, can grow a pair and when he gets near retirement, do the right thing

The department would be well served if all reference to the guy was deleted. Start by removing his pictures, which are still everywhere! The many that were hurt by , have to heal. Two plus years of nightmares are finally over. WELCOME new DC, we love you already!

I deleted 2 posts. One called someone a name and the other posted a link to a 10 year old newspaper article. Old newspaper articles posted just to smear someone is not allowed.

Thanks,

How is it our site gets edited so much while a site like BSO's is off the chart and untouched. Here's an example:

Quite honestly it depends primarily on how many posts are being reported by readers. Most of the moderators only have time to respond to posts that are reported to them. Especially on a board as busy as Broward's.
