City Counsel has made it clear that they could care less about the future of this Dept.. This is evident by the slap in the face of a contract they are "offering".. Makes me pretty mad to see the younger guys we have getting less and less.. I sure hope we don't start losing our 300 and higher PIDs because of uncertantity in our future.. I wouldn't blame any of our younger guys if they decided to leave, but it would be a shame to lose these guys.. I guess only time will tell.. Be safe out there guys..
