10-31 with FHP?

Was there a 10-31 today with FHP in Pompano?

Not with FHP, they had a lone trooper chase a car and some clown sgt would not allow anyone from Pompano assist. Talk about leaving the guy hanging and so much for backing up out brothers and sisters. Luckily the clown fleeing drove into a perimeter for an unrelated signal 10.

I think the trooper (motor club with guns) was trying to stop another LEO.
