I have another suggestion for ya, how about making this department a better place to work. Join me in voting for Tom Peteck for Sheriff on Nov. 6th.

That way everyone wins, well except for those thugs in the admin, who think the answer to every employee gripe is "there's the door , don't let it hit in the ass on the way out."

Now is not the time to give up, that is what tricky rick and his henchmen hope we will do. It is what has happened for the past 4 elections, but truthfully there was not a plausible alternative candidate, we have one this year.

If we are not successful on Nov 6th, then you can resign yourself to the trash heap of despair. But right now you need to do whatever you can to gather support for Tom Peteck.

Contact his campaign, there is plenty of behind the scenes work to be done. Me personally I have volunteered to canvas my neighborhood and speak on his behalf. You will be pleasantly surprised that many citizens agree with you. I have also donated a few bucks to his campaign, it was not a lot but it was what I could afford.

But most of all encourage everyone you know to get out and vote on Nov 6th for Tom Peteck.

Come on. We all know votes are going to be in the 65/35 split where Ramsay comes out as the winner.

Any number of people can be anonymously posting on this board. Bottom line is that Ramsay will have his office and if you don't like it then leave. We will be voting Peteck because he represents the integrity and honesty this sheriffs office should be about not the double talk favor bubba system we have now.

Actually I think your boy Ramsay is in for a shock, People don't like him very much. Probably due to his total arrogance. Contrary to Ramsay's expectation he is NOT the heir to the Sheriffs Office, It is NOT his "right" and he really needs to know its a PUBLIC SERVICE JOB. Whomever get elected is a public servant NOT a KING. Maybe Ramsay should go back to the Fire Dept. they are smaller and he wont have to be elected . Well there we have it. To all my undecided friends inside and outside the MCSO, this is an example of the mind trust that pervades the admin staff and other Ramsay Clones. Their management philosophy in response to unhappy staff members is to say "don't let the screen door hit ya were the Good Lord split ya." What a waste of money, to have to continually train and retrain officers who flee the county.

This has been the mind set of this administration ever since Roth and McDonald and now Ramsay. It is all they know. It's not Ramsay's fault that is how he was trained, but it is his fault for not changing the philosophy of the Admin Staff soon after he went to the highly acclaimed management classes he brags about. After all, didn't he graduate from the FBI National Academy and their University of Louisville Southern Police Institute's Command Officers Development school.

I know that it is a fact they spent a great amount of time discussing managing the post baby boom officers. Each generation of officers that have hit the streets since the 1990's and forward brings an different set of motivating factors?

Google motivating Gen X and Gen Y police officers and soon to be hitting the streets in greater numbers the Millennial police officers. You will not find the screen door mentioned anywhere.

There are no certificates or documents in Ramsay's file to support or deny that he graduated from the FBI school. So the question remains, "Did he graduate or just get a certificate of attendance"? With all of his other deceptions and a lie or two one has to wonder.

We will never catch up to other agencies and yet the cost of living keeps rising. Another sad day for Monroe County deputies.
