Wasn't it Mike Scott who hired CF and made him #2? Wasn't it Mike Scott who hired DF and made him a Captain? Wasn't it Mike Scott who relied on these two to do his dirty work? CF wasnt too bad, but DF was the worst thing that ever happened to this agency. He is personally responsible for ruining the relationships we had with every other state and local agency.
