Is it true M.S. crashed into the back of a car while texting on his phone? FMPD is talking about it.

I understand that Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton are on their way to Ft. Myers to examine the situation and discuss it with brother James as there is a possibility that one of the cars may have been repainted previous to the accident.
