Don't kid yourself. Not all the commanders and majors are happy. They are just putting on a show.

I dont see KW and OA doing that or MD doing all of that. If your referring to court it's cut and dry like it's been for like the last 6 months or so. Don't get me wrong, things are as bad as I've ever seen them but don't think for a second that all of the administration is happy. BTW, I am nowhere near the administration level.

I see that this wonderful department is losing so many good officer, I am worried about who are you replacing these officer with? Or are you even going to replace these officers. Anyways just a little concerned, you guys do a great job.

That's great news that the majority wants to leave. Several departments are hiring or about to start hiring. If you are not appreciated in Hialeah, then leave. Let the residents worry about criminals in their city. Afterall, they elected an ex-cop that does not care about the police.

If you think that it’s getting thin out there because of all of us that are leaving or about to leave. Just wait till this October, when all of these other departments open up their budget. For the ones that have already jumped this sinking ship, good luck to you. For those of you that are still waiting I will pray for your all. :D
