Can you say HOSTILE WORK ATMOSPHERE :evi

05-18-2012, 08:27 AM
The time has come for the vote of no confidence

05-20-2012, 11:36 PM
ONE, TWO and THREE. Clean out the house. :cop:

05-21-2012, 04:54 AM
Now is the time to act before they vote on the chief's contract next month.

05-21-2012, 08:27 PM
Someone with a set of nutz needs to contact the PBA and set up a union meeting ASAP. :cop:

05-22-2012, 03:20 AM
Thats the problem look at your PBA rep and you'll see why nothing will get done

05-22-2012, 08:54 PM
Don"t expect any assistance from that sorry excuse for a union attorney. They are in bed with the administration. They screwed us the last time and they will screw us again. :cop:

05-24-2012, 07:54 AM
Someone with a set of nutz needs to contact the PBA and set up a union meeting ASAP. :cop:

So what you're saying is you don't have the nutz to do it but you want someone else to do it for you.

05-24-2012, 08:55 AM
instead of *****ing to each other you should all put the word out to the pba and the town council of what we think of this admi stration june 11 is right around the corner.

05-24-2012, 10:25 PM
I want IA's on everybody, and while your at it start one on yourself for stabbing me in the back while I was away. That's a 15 hours suspension for each so there are no grievances, I do not want any PBA clowns calling me. By the way hold all my calls or send to them to my voicemail and if anyone asks for me, I am in a meeting.

05-25-2012, 03:16 AM
At least the captain will have something to do because nobody knows what he does all day to occupy his time.

05-27-2012, 04:18 AM
At least the captain will have something to do because nobody knows what he does all day to occupy his time.

Well lets see...I hear he likes to do crossword puzzles, I hear he likes to go to the roll call room and review the schedule multiple times... I hear he likes to stand in dispatch for hours talking to dispatchers. I hear he has a few favorites too. I hear that he still likes to lock lips with one of the female cops. So basically....anything but what he is paid to do, but of course he probably doesn't have a clue when it comes to police work

05-27-2012, 11:06 PM
and at $120,000 plus a year, what a bargain

05-28-2012, 12:37 AM
If that is true that he is making $120,000 somebody
Needs to have their head examined and justify
That.

05-29-2012, 05:30 AM
what great decisions have been made over the years. I hope the chief can continue when he gets and new contract and I think the captain deserves a pay raise for all the hard work he does being in charge of the investigation division.

05-30-2012, 07:56 PM
HOSTILE WORK PLACE

05-31-2012, 03:05 AM
Attention, this is the captain speaking, if i wasnt so busy running the investigations division and reviewing the two crime reports we get each week and also supervising my one detective, i would start IA's on all of you!!!!!!

05-31-2012, 03:10 AM
This is place is turning into great entertainment.

05-31-2012, 04:19 AM
I am a long time resident of Bay Harbor and I never knew what disontent the polce officers had until I read this blog. From what I have read and from speaking to some of you it seems like it might be time for a change of direction in the police department. I wish the best of luck to all you and keep up the good work you do.

06-04-2012, 08:01 PM
Big meeting Wednesday 2 PM Island Point. Lets all be there and correct this place once and for all. All three HAVE to GO. These cancers are destroying the department. :( :cop:

06-04-2012, 09:41 PM
Where are the city managers during all of this ? And why do my taxes have to pay for two of them?

06-06-2012, 03:04 AM
You city manager is as useless as the police administration. 100's of thousands of dollars a year in salaries and they can't get their asses and do their jobs.

06-06-2012, 03:06 AM
June 6th, isnt that D Day?

06-07-2012, 02:02 AM
Kudos to the men and the only two supervisors in the department with a set of nutz who attended this very important meeting. As for those who would not attend and express their feelings either way. :cop:

06-07-2012, 05:03 PM
seems as if the individuals who do the least around here seem to be the ones complaining the most.

06-08-2012, 05:09 AM
That doesnt change the fact that this administration is useless and has to go. Not one.....not two......not three..........

06-09-2012, 04:41 PM
I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GO TO THE TOWN'S WEBSITE AND LOOK AT THE COUNCIL AGENDA, ALL OF THE CHIEF'S EVALUATIONS ARE POSTED. I DONT KNOW WHAT POLICE DEPARTMENT THE TOWN MANAGER SEES BUT HE GIVES THE CHIEF ALL OUTSTANDING RATINGS IN ALL CATEGORIES ON HIS EVALUATIONS AND STATES THAT THE CHIEF ALWAYS LOOKS TO NEW TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE THE EFFEICENCY OF THE DEPARTMENT. AND MY FAVORITE ONE IS WHERE IT STATES THAT HE IS WELL RESPECTED BY HIS OFFICERS AND RUNS ONE OF THE BEST AGENCIES IN THE COUNTY. AND BEST OF ALL HE GOT A 2.5% PAYRAISE IN JULY 2011 WHEN WE WERE ALL TOLD THAT NO RAISES WOULD BE GIVEN OUT. TOWN MANAGER IS GIVING HIM A THREE YEAR CONTRACT WITH THE OPTION FOR A FOURTH YEAR AND 141K A YEAR.

NYPD Confidential
One promotion, long way to go

Heard: That Deputy Insp. Ronald Wasson of Staten Island's 120th Precinct is yet again under investigation for allegedly doctoring crime stats. As a captain in Brooklyn's 77th Precinct, Wasson was cleared of similar charges and promoted to deputy inspector. This is the second investigation of him since he became commanding officer in the 120th.

He didn't return a phone call seeking comment.

So nice to see the town council not give a crap what the officers of the police department think. Big slap in the face.

06-15-2012, 12:39 AM
The seven pieces of crap have made it clear that they do not care about
Police officers. I hope that the next time someone is up for re-election
That the PBA tells them No ! Add another seven cancers that need to go.

must be nice that some certain officers are nominated every year for officer of the year and get a take home car (2 years in a row)even though some officers are hard workers, writing tickets, making drug seizures, and they dont get even get nominated. No take home car for you, sorry. maybe i should come back here as a female officer.

03-02-2013, 02:04 PM
Ha Ha Ha. You consider finding a roach Officer of the Year material. :snicker:

looks like we struck a nerve with the pampered few.

I am more productive then someone chasing manatees all day. But no take home car for me.

PRODUCTIVITY alone....does not make a good cop, a monkey can be trained to write tickets. Some people (YOU) just have no clue what the profession is all about.

03-05-2013, 07:12 PM
Please do tell what makes a good cop or what the "profession" is about. Is it pampered little people who had the carpet rolled out for them since day one or is it spoiled children who get whatever they ask for because because of their gender? Its pretty clear to everyone that certain officers are shown favortism. And by the way check your stats, you are not top cop by any standards. Why don't you try and show up to work on a regular basis for one.

03-06-2013, 03:00 AM
A good cop has Integrity, has confidence with the ability to keep a situation under control. The ability to remain calm in stressful situations. The ability to show compassion. Being reliable by showing up, that your co-workers know that you will be there when it turns to shit. Having patience. Those are just a start.

It helps when you have a permanent FTO/stalker at your side.
