Hello everyone,
I would like to someday become a law enforcement officer in the Keys and have a few questions. Would you prefer to work for KWPD or MCSO? Also, what is the average salary of an officer who has worked down there for 10+ years? I know the starting salary for MCSO is 32,000, but I cannot find what an officer can expect to make if they work there for 30 years. Also, I have read on MCSO website that they offer 100% retirement. Is still this true? Thank you for any help in advance.
