He can sinle-handedly, with cronies like Mike Perez(Drunk) and Utset(Dishonest), ruin any police department. I think Pinecrest has a good group of officers. We need good, honest, professional leadership. Please Mr. Mayor, anybody but this Frank Fernandez. This guy has been turned down for every police department he has applied for. Hell, Opa-Locka wouldn't take him.
