Horn is a decent supervisor, but brown noses whoever he thinks can do something for him. He's a big scammer and has no loyalty otherwise. Horn was often very critical of Ramsay when among the troops. Now that Ramsay is likely going to be Sheriff, it's Brown Nose full speed ahead best buddy.

Avlarez is already in way over her head and has chronic diarreah of the mouth so she won't go any higher.

Hiller lacks any motivation and the essential abilities and skills required for upper level management so probably won't go higher than he is.

Caputo is likely to remain in the administration even though he had a rude awakening when he first got exposed to management. He seems to have adapted and is likely to remain somewhere in top administration as he has been in overdrive drumming support for Ramsay.

November looks pretty scary,,,God help us all. I'm sure the Marathon Mafia will rule with an iron hand and noone will be safe. It just keeps getting better doesnt it...Never thought I would miss the Roth days. :(

Its so sad what has become of the office, Morale is bad and it keeps getting worse. The worst part is the citizens dont realize that the big R is in it to feed his own Narcissistic personality and could care less about the citizens. Watch and see if the Sheriff candidate even addresses the minority population or visits Bahama village. He feels he is above the common citizen unless they can do something for him, whether financial or political favors. Just the nature of the beast. It is entertaining when he speaks in public to see how he strains to try to act friendly or like he even cares. Maybe a donation of acting lessons might help.
