Interview Board

Just wondering if someone can help me out and point me in the right direction...
i have my board interview coming up and i was wondering what kind of questions they ask or is it mostly scenario based?

Be confident, relaxed, and don't over do it. You can't really practice for it. The questions are a mix of scenario based and personal point of view, and experience... good luck
