Is it me or are all the kiss arse delta's becoming insufferable. Is it because of the contract thing or are the Powertrac zombies coming back to life?

How can powertrac leave when the those who obtained rank via powertrac are still running the department. That is all the command staff knows. It is the monkey test once again. If bso had the public's interest at heart, then maybe there would be hope for the dpeartment. But as everyone knows, individual greed is more important than sworn oath.

There was high hopes for this guy to do the right thing and clean house after Jenne. But he forgot where he came from and let these fools manipulate him. Now they are back in play and the employees that don't play the game will suffer.

yes and no. the exceptional clearance is gone. using fear and intimidation to punish and get what they want is alive and well. people will do whatever it takes to earn a promotion or continue driving a desk.

i learned no one above deputy was charged with anything. instead of making the boss look good with phony crime stats now we make him look good by giving up hard earned benefits and money so he can hire more bureaucracy that pretend to be cops.
