Rule of Thumb: It doesn't matter where a person works nor who is in charge....people will find something to complain about....it's always someone else's fault.....something's not fair...and so on. It simply means that the people complaining have to much time on thier hands and that they are not doing what they should be doing....and that is WORKING!
