just to let you know, the chief and city manager plan on reducing your pay overall by more than 20%. it is a shame that your chief does not have your back nor does he respect you. I watch him when he is over here and his arrogance is so unbelievable.
So just get ready, what they are trying to do is divide your dept and they have done a very good job thus far. The only way to beat them is too stand together because if they have it their way they will cut your pay and still layoff some of you guys!!!!!!
Oh yea, and pertaining to a certain policy that your chief enacted-- jut remember that you do have freedom of speech. So just remember that if any of you are violated by your dept, we would love to help you out!!!!!! Nn

:evil: We all need to stand together against this small weak wave of a few sgt's and Lt's that are trying to split this great agency. We are the majority the patrol and special units. Stand up to these sgts stand by our union to protect our benefits and rights.
