Morale is in the toilet, the last contract they got us was terrible, what makes you think they can do anything positive for us? It's like the circus coming to town.

MORALE IS IN THE TOILET BECAUSE A GOOD CHEIF HIRED BELOW AVERAGE CANDIDATES. THE RECENT WAVE WAS GOOD CHOICES. THE ONES AROUND 1 TO 2 YEARS AGO HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE WASTE. SOME ARE BORDERING ON GETTING LET GO WHICH IS A POSITIVE HOPE. MANY OF THEM ARE STARTING TO SEE THE WRITING ON THE WALL AND THAT THEY ARE NOT NEEDED HERE. THIS MAKES ROOM FOR BETTER POTENTIAL CANDIDATES.
