Congrats to the 2011 News-Press Turkey of the Year 3rd Place Winner, Christopher Reiman:

The Fort Myers police officer came to work drunk. How inebriated? He blew blood-alcohol content numbers of .297, .278 and .256. Armed and driving his squad car, he was dangerous. Yet, he wasn’t fired. He received a two-week suspension, one-year probation and random tests concerning his alcohol treatment. Readers were irate, saying they would have lost their jobs under the same circumstances.
