We just moved into a gated community about 6 months ago. And about 1 week ago we got mail from a law firm that states we were in violation of 3 items.

1) The first violation is that unrelated people we living here. The problem here is that from the get go everyone knew that we were unrelated. Our real estate agent made sure that everyone was aware of this. We even got accepted by the association and on the lease we it can clearly be seen that we are unrelated.

2) The second violation was that we had cars parked on the roads overnight. The only time that we do have cars here its for a couple hours only and instead of parking on the road they pull up as close to our cars as they can. At worst their may be only a small portion of a cars bumper sticking in the road which doesn't seem like it would do any harm. Not only that there are multiple cars that are parked in the road elsewhere in the community to the point that in order to get to your destination you have to swerve around the parked cars. Our house is on a straight away and most of the cars that are parked are one curves which adds an extra amount of risk.

3) The third violation was that we were making too much noise especially from guests entering and leaving at all times of the night. The problem here is that we don't have a door that is even heavy enough to be heard when it is close and the houses are pretty much sound proof unless you're sitting outside. We are college students that work so sometimes it requires us to be out studying and coming home late or being to work at 3 in the morning or just coming home late. We are adults and don't feel like we should be monitored and having a curfew.

If anyone could please advise me on what actions or steps or anything that we can do to make this stop it would be greatly appreciated .

Lee County has turned down a request by backers of a destination resort casino to place a gambling initiative on the Jan. 31 Presidential Primary ballot.

In a letter to Champion Development, the company that wants to build a billion dollar hotel-shopping-entertainment complex at the Forum alongside I-75, county attorney Michael Hunt said the deadline had passed to add anything to that ballot.

I think that you should move into Dunbar Preserve. 4/3/2 HUGE LOT, FENCED YARD AND ABOUT TWO GOOD NEIGHBORS.
Close to schools, shopping, and fine ethnic eateries.
Oh yea, did I forget,,,...,,... 24/7 law enforcement presence
