Who has the I-95 in Philly

Can anyone tell me if the Philadelphia Highway Patrol has I-95 that runs through Philly, my understanding is the Penn State Police was handling that for a while.

PA State Police are responsible for the calls on all interstates....but you will see Philly cars up there, and they will make traffic stops.
