Well if you guys look into Joeys days as a reserve for FHP you'll uncover falsification of paperwork, BS logs, and political pull at its finest. He Never did his time or training to keep his certification up, like most of us that have to attend our 40 hour class and sit at training classes yearly, he this clown sat at his desk or chambers F-ckin- people left and right.
