Let me see, if this NRO duty hours are from 0700-1700 hrs the only thing an internal affairs detective has to do is pass by this guys house at 0701 and 1741 hrs. Better yet 1730 hrs just in case he says he had to go to the bathroom. Do that 3 days in a roll and see what you get.
