Sounds like the perfect candidate for sergeant. Im sure he must be on the top of the list.

Sounds like he will fit right in with the rest of the outstanding incompetent sergeants and command staff at MGPD, with the exception of a few true leaders. Pleanty of corruption goes on within the department, false write ups, threats of discipline all the time if you have a "set" to stand up for what is right or for yourself when they try to screw you. The department is so unprofessional and the term brotherhood does not exist. It has been proven over and over again that everyone is out for themselves and they don't care who they screw, literally in some cases Sergeants with Captains,to get ahead. It really is sad that the law enforcement community continues to loose real cops that have more knowledge and guts than most of the idiots that work there. Let's think about it, most of the officers that have left or are leaving in the near future have all been excellent cops. They day will come when everyone will see what a bunch of idiots really work and run the MGPD. FDLE would have a field day if they ever looked into what really takes place. Quota's or as they call them expectations will be a thing of the past. I feel bad for those good "real" cops that are stuck working for such a crappy agency. Good Luck to all of you.

talk about sgt's and news look at thier K9 Sgt and his family in the news...they say the apple doest fall far from the tree! I wonder how many false reports he's written. That guy doesnt even know the law
