WHY IS THIS SINISTER, FORMER BUDDY OF EXPO STILL CHAIRMAN OF THE CITY OF MIAMI CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD WHO HAS BEEN UNDER THE RADAR OF THE MEDIA IN MIAMI DADE COUNTY. THIS MAN WHO MADE A CAREER OF GETTING IN TROUBLE IN THE MIAMI POLICE DEPARTMENT AND WHO COST THE CITY OF MIAMI THOUSAND OF DOLLARS IN LAW SUITS STILL HERE. WE ALL KNOW WHY HE IS AN APPOINTEE OF THE CURRENT MAYOR. WHO CONTINUES TO MAKE A NAME FORHIMSELF BY APPOINTING UNQUALIFIED CRONIES.

MIAMI-DADE(WSVN)--Miami-Dade Police Sergeant Frank Pichel was arrested Wednesday on drug charges. The state says they have him on audio and video selling testosterone and Cialis, an erectile difuntion drug.

For the past year Pichel has been at the center of multiple police internal affairs investigations and a highly publicized feud with Miami police chief John Timoney.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Kathy Fernandez-Rundle assured the public that the charges against Pichel are legitimate and are not an unffounding retaliation against the controversial officer. "I assure you that it’s his own actions and their captured on tape," said Rundle at a press conference.

Frank Pichel was a veteran of the Miami police department for more than two decades. He was recently the Sergeant in Arms for the Miami City Commission. His job was to provide security for the commissioners. It was the Miami commission that saved Pichel from getting fired. In an unprecedented move the commissioners voted to spend $35,000 to halt his termination.

Miami police Chief John Timoney wanted Pichel fired, but because of the commissions backing of Pichel he had his hands tied.

In an interview with 7 News Pichel took some jabs at Chief Timoney and proclaimed he was one of the greatest cops in the world. "Chief Timoney doesn’t know me. I am one of the greatest cops in the world. I’ve done more for this city than he ever has or will."

At Wednesday’s press conference Chief Timoney responded to those comments by simply saying: "My record speaks for it self. His speaks for its self."

Commissioner Tomas Regalado who was an ardent Pichel supporter said he is surprised of the accusations being labeled against the officer. "I would never have thought that he would do something like that."

As he bonded out of the Dade County jail Pichel had not comment for the media. He faces a slew of criminal charges, which could send him to prison for at least Thirty years.

Are you talking about the individual who allegedly had involvement in the purchase or had physical control of a questionable jet ski?
