This Community Service Officer sounds smarter and is more well spoken that most deputies I've run across ... especially those D-9 tadpoles.

Do I see cuts of sworns in the future of BSO? Lamberti already has begun, deputies downgraded to control room technicians, CSO's handling ALL traffic crashes and processing. The ONLY Alpha reports come from the individual districts' X-ray positions and the road CSO‘s.

Deputies need to do less "no written report" code outs and more work; or countless numbers of sworn positions will vanish right before your eye's.

I heard a LEO comment the other day ... CSA’s / CSO's ... use 'em and abuse 'em. How arrogant. How sad! :?

Hell yeah! 20 CSA's will do the work of 40 deputies! Let's get to work!
