apparently there have 2 complaints filed in the past week with regards of Luisito brandishing his gun while yelling at and berating some city employees.Rundle needs to act on this before it's too late.

According to FDLE he isn't permitted to carry a firearm until he receives a clearance letter from Axleburg. Check his file.
