You think you have what it takes to be a sgt? You have almost no road experience, made less then 10 arrest in your caree Nobody wants to work for you, and many feel you would be a danger to those you lead! Police officers are killed every week in this country, many by bad decisions. No way, there are very qualified people on the list that we want to work for, not you.
