For that fancy certification paper they hang on the wall in HQ! Big Deal. I say a civilian can do brongells job just as well.

07-17-2011, 08:17 PM
Why do you people harp on Captain Brongel so much? Whether you like him or not, you need to remember he is insignificant in this Division. He job does not represent our core mission. He can not conduct an investigation to save his life. But we did not hire him for that. He does what he was hired to do. The other captains need a raise to be where he is or higher. I agree he does very little. Eventually they will replace him with a non sworn person. Just do your own job. You are significant in our mission and well being. He is not. He is irrelevant, not important, and immaterial. Even he knows that his job duty is of no consequence, and so trivial, it is not worth mentioning. Keep up your good work.

I guess his most significant job is that of moderator. He just can’t stand to hear (or see) the truth. IRRELEVANT……

07-18-2011, 09:53 PM
do not be so mean

07-21-2011, 01:00 PM
Of no importance, none, not worth a dime.

07-22-2011, 05:31 PM
Nooooooooooooooooo Joke !!!! 70 K for nothing.

07-22-2011, 07:43 PM
Ok, so who is the highest paid LT ?

07-23-2011, 01:09 PM
Senate Bill 2160 …………………….. (3) The task force shall evaluate any duplication of law enforcement functions throughout state government and identify any functions that are appropriate for possible consolidation. The task force shall also evaluate administrative functions, including, but not limited to, accreditation, training, legal representation, vehicle fleets, aircraft, civilian-support staffing, information technology, and geographic regions, districts, or troops currently in use.

Can you say goodbye to Ellis, Brongel, and the entire support side of Fraud. Hello merger with SFW next year. We must admit, SFM has a much better training section and accreditation person. And that person ( a lt.) earns a great deal less than our fearless captain. Also, that person wears many hats, our captain, not so much. Also, just what does our director do? Not much, Kelley runs everything, makes all the decisions, while the director can be overheard talking baseball everyday. Goodbye to our officer manager Brooks, we won’t need her after the merger. Time to retire boys.

What really needs to happen, is that DIF needs to be non-sworn just like PATH You are a bunch of has beens that want to collect a free check from the State and sit around and talk about how great everything was at FDLE, NYPD or wherever...
You should stay retired instead of embarrassing yourselves telling everyone that you are cops.

Hey listen loser, I forgot more police work than you will ever know, I make more arrests now than ever before so dont worry about where I came from, worry about what I"m doing now!!

That statement only proves that you are OLD, RETIRED from somewhere, and now RETIRED here. Besides Captain B, you would have had to acually been a detective to know more than I do. You never were, and could never be. You can't even assign cases in the system, and without the analysts or Mathews doing your work for you, you could not do what you do now. You forgot nothing because you never learned anything. Who wears the L on their forehead now?

Why should I worry? You probably need an O2 tank just to make it across the parking lot. Forgot more police work? Getting a little Alzheimer's are we? More arrest? Really? Getting credit for the SO picking up on a warrant? Stay retired, sit at Denny's for the AARP early bird and relive whatever glory days you may have had. Quit mooching off the state and save the taxpayers some money.

That was well said, thank you for speaking up. I thought it was just us here in HQ who really believes this man should go home. Why or why did they move him here. Stay safe brother and keep your back to the wall. You could get hit in the head with a policy manual if you are not carful. That is the only weapon he knows how to qualify with.

07-25-2011, 10:48 PM
How do you know that was Captain Brongel. I never hear him speak like that. What is this interest in bashing him. I know a few analysts have told me they do not like him, but I doubt they write on this site. Maybe he holds them accountable. We all know you can’t do THAT here or you will be out the door. No problems for the next Governor….. I suggest you leave Brongel alone and concentrate on your own job. Who cares how much he makes. He has the KSA’s to do the job. Besides, he is not that old. And while we are at it, has he EVER hurt you?

I thought when Sink fired Cutcliffe this type of venomous hatred and retaliation was over,

07-27-2011, 07:43 PM
I guess it was someone else causing the hatred. Ooops.......

You never know how much you will miss someone until they are gone. I miss her. Loud, rough, DEMANDING, but straight forward. At least she would lead, and make a decision, no matter how unpopular. Now our leaders have two hour lunches even with London fired. Hand wringing and woe is me thinking. Nothing and no one scared Cutcliffe. I mean nothing. A little hard headed, but a rock to lean on when you needed her. Can you say that about our leadership now. She is still here and calling more shots behind the scenes than you would suspect.

07-29-2011, 01:21 PM
well, okay, that is fair. she did work and make decisions. most i didnot care for, but she would make up her mind. she did give me a new charger and big computer monitor for my old eyes. maybe i was too harsh onher.

07-29-2011, 05:19 PM
Cutcliffe calling shots! I think not. She was kicked to the curb because she was a vengeful and hateful person and the rank went to her head. She is the one posting how great she was on here, only a couple of her a$$ kissers were sorry to see her leave. She also couldn't keep her mouth shut and Sink caught her for the two faced person she is. She will never be back in state law enforcement because she is a liability, she will always will be a miserable excuse for a cop or a leader.

07-30-2011, 04:01 AM
Well Cutcliffe must have called the moderator or IS the moderator, her negative posts are gone. She was terrible here, ego, temper tantrums and drama queen. Sink caught her red handed talking behind her back and playing both sides.

07-30-2011, 12:58 PM
We dont miss her at all. She brought in constant turmoil and was always questioning your loyalty when she was betraying ours. We hoped a woman would make things different here but her her obsession with getting London and incompetence got her in the end. It made us and women look bad in the end.
