Can someone please explain how OCSO's shift schedule works? I'm applying soon and the agency I'm coming from works 12 hour shifts... with one week as MTFSS working, next week just Wed/Thurs working. Are you 5 days in a row with two set days off all the time? Or does it rotate where you have every other weekend off?
