Resignation

6 years ago, a wind of political change swept through the Tribe. *The MONEY helped *The newly elected politicians *solidify *their positions and many changes were made including the ousting of Chief F---d to bring in a Native American Chief of Police. When the regime was ousted. The then Deputy Chief left, never said goodbye, never sent *a "Message from the Deputy Chief", never came to roll call, just vanished and landed at BSO after serving side by side with many of is for the past 10 years.

Fast forward 6 years, the IRS is watching the money, political change is coming and there will be a tribal wide shake up. Just look at BC since Mondo is there. The shake up will impact the PD who is led by the old Deputy Chief.

*My question will you cowardly bow out like you did 6 years ago or will you retire prior to the inevitable?*

SINGS THE END IS NEAR:

10: *You never see Brass anymore
9: Brass workdays are shorter 9-5 is now more like 10-3
8: All the Brass is now nice trying to be your buddy, a weak attempt to alter their legacy.
7: No more Chiefs message
6; No more Guns and Hoses
5: Less IAs and frantic knee jerks for Tribal related issues. (after realizing that nothing you can so will save your job)
4: Rearranging *the whole PD (having Tampa Guys travel to Hollywood everyday). SO the new chief will be left with a mess, it will make you look good when you are gone, and will piss off the Tampa guys when the are put back to patrol their hotel. *
3: The refusal to move away from the failing SLERS project. This way the next *chief will be left with the mess and credited for it's failure.

Our Leader swears everyone who is under him isn't as smart as he is, you can tell by his arrogance that he believes he's a gift to law enforcement. In my opinion, in the "eyes of the Law" he's a coward, how do you put on an email that goes out to everyone in the department, about the grand jury hearing that the officers that were involved, "were cleared in the eyes of the law?" If that isn't a slap in the face for all of us who work under him then I don't know what is. Shows just how much you have our backs in times of need. What, you didn't think anyone of us were smart enough to read in between the lines of your criptic message? You need to just leave, we've already seen the subtle hints that you won't be around, your monthly newsletter, weekly bs email are no longer around plus your not seen anymore. BTW the department is in turmoil it seems like your making a big mess of things around here to make things harder for the new chief coming in. Don't worry I'm sure everything will be fine just like when you WEREN'T here!

Second, the power squad what a joke...Anyone who's smart with budgets knows your just trying to sweep sh... under the carpet. The power squad is a way you can hide the true cost of your command staff (which I hope follows you out the door). Needless to say your not seeing the big picture by you putting everyone on the power squad your just paying more for people to come in for shift coverage.

Here is the problem with hiring of ANYONE with balls. The TRIBE dictates everything.. and I mean everything that goes on in the entire agency. I have seen it first hand with IA's of Officers and changing their minds 5 times on the way to proceed like professionals... once that was told what we were doing , orders were given to 'Fire" the parties beacuse "they could for whatever reason" they wanted. The agency does not play by the rules that govern LEO's and never will. Charlie stood up for one of our officers.. was told to FIRE him he refused and susequently he was fired. I do not like to work with corrupt officers however they still have rights but not on TRIBAL LAND and that was made very clear. From someone in the know... and not one of your croonies! Things at Hard Rock get pushed under the rug all the time like other TRIBAL lands. They do not want any BAD PRESS to ruin the perception!
