So my question is how is this bill that was passed in Florida's House going to effect unions?

My other question is has anyone heard that the FOP is trying to boycott LEO affairs because it may have a negative impact on on union members?

I have one more....how does someone like CT get promoted to Lieutenant with what 6 years as a cop? I know the obvious but really? I have nothing against him but I can't stand seeing good officers getting passed up for promotions and A## kissers getting the next line up. If we aren't careful we will be the Atlanta PD of Florida! :twisted:

I do not think our unions will be effected.

I have not heard of the LEO affairs boycott, but based on the FHP forum, it would not surprise me.

And let's just see who the first SGT promotion is, we probably won't be surprised at that one either.

It is SNAFU.
