I personally witnessed Commander Ricardo Roque - in fact I held the door open for him - entering the City Manager’s office this afternoon. Roque has been reportedly identified as a replacement for embattled Chief Miguel Exposito, who rumors continue to claim will be fired before this week’s State Of The City address by Mayor Tomas Regalado.

Could the end finally be near for Exposito?

You mean look down is running for Chief....the city is definetely scrapping the bottom of the barrel to make anyone a Chief....He sounds like Tony Montana....I crush you like a ****roach....Meet my little friend....
