RC is now going back to the road from CID and HK has been promoted. When it comes to being in CID, there are no safeguards. You are penciled in and can be moved at a blink of an eye. Keep watch, for more changes are coming. :snicker:

Another one has been moved to the road from CID. I heard HP is now back on patrol from Domestic. BP is now doing domestics, but wait folks old Capt. RS is done yet, there is more movement to come.
