The press release from the City stated "With Philip on board, the city manager hopes to enchance current and futer police services to the City's neighborhoods and residents."
Don't these people realize what has gone on for the past year. NET Areas have the least amount of officers assigned to them than ever before. Philip should talk to Pino and get an ear full.
