Please be harsh and unrelenting with criminals and those that would hurt the innocent. Be gentle and generous with your fellow officers. We have disputes and jealousies and that is normal, but please try to resist those urges and focus on the good things about each other.
Everyone thinks everyone else is lazy. Everyone else thinks everyone else is loved by admin. Everyone thinks everyone else is a butt kiss. The truth is we make our own luck in this life. Some people are more socially skilled than others. If you are not a talker be a doer.
Every officer here from the bottom to the top deserves our respect, trust, help and support. There are good things and bad things about each of us. Don't let hate and evil fill your hearts. We fight evil and let that fight begin within ourselves. Don't let the last thing you say or think about someone be something that you may regret.
