It starting to appear that this administration is misinforming us on who is the real person that is mentally unstable.
Just pass a year ago the well awaited Miguel Exposito became the City of Miami Police Chief. Chief Exposito dreamed and waited over 35 years for his golden opportunity to take control and lead this department to success.
My question to Exposito is, If you waited for over 35 years to become chief your telling me that you had no idea how to pick loyal staff.

I can understand maybe one or two mistake but 7 in less then a year. YOUR A BAKER AND A FAILURE!
