Just look at the class the Miami-Dade director showed yesterday. I was there and believe me, his men and women looked up to him as a TRUE leader.

Why don't you contact Sheriff Bradshaw and Director Loftuos and ask them if they can teach you how to gain respect and HONOR from your deputies. Maybe, and I mean maybe if the troops start to see the change in you after being schooled as to a leader, hate to say it, you might get re-elected. Remember, our deputies have families who VOTE...

Ha ha... Bradshaw is going to teach someone how to get respect from his deputies? Bradshaw's a clown... a political whore who doesn't give two craps about his people and he makes it quite clear. I think you need to find another instructor.
