Distraction Burglaries in Venice & Siesta Key

Distraction burglaries occurred in Venice and Siesta Key. A man knocked on the door and told the homeowners that they needed to go outside to examine work they were doing that might affect the property line. A second suspect entered the home and stole cash and jewelry. The suspects are men in their 40s. Both speak fluent English with a mild accent.
