Is this the same that was responsible for ICOTS for region 3 and who was NOT certified to sign any out of state VOP's because he is not certified. Is he the same person that the C-13 intake sups have the officers sign the out of state VOP's? Is he the same person that was allowed to remain working in the region 3 office when was sent packing to the field? also remained at the region) was an auditor who has never been an officer but she is now back to doing personnel matters in a job that was created just for her. Talking about boot lickers.

YUP that's him. Tho I don't know why he couldn't sign VOP's last I knew he was a CC officer in Riverview or someplace so there shouldn't have been a need for someone else to sign for him. Watch out for him, he's risen quickly with little experience, unless you call @ss kissing and self promotion experience.....then he haas tons. Also all you out in C-13 land watch your backs, he'll go to any length to show the "people that matter" that he's knows everything and you know nothing. I've heard of him looking over other's cases and calling the officer with "suggestions".

Is this the same Mike Anderson that was responsible for ICOTS for region 3 and who was NOT certified to sign any out of state VOP's because he is not certified. Is he the same person that the C-13 intake sups have the officers sign the out of state VOP's? Is he the same person that was allowed to remain working in the region 3 office when Rhonda Pittman and Charles Seay was sent packing to the field? (Helen Savoie and Darwin Driggers also remained at the region) Helen was an auditor who has never been an officer but she is now back to doing personnel matters in a job that was created just for her. It is indeed a sad state of affairs when certain employees believe that they may advance their respective careers by crushing others. Does it make them feel good about themselves? How about framing, lying, bullying and more lying on others for pure meaness? How can these evil people sleep at night? Then there are those who feel a sense of empowerment when they conjure up lies to crush the careers of others. Does this agency give out get "out of jail" passes, brownie points or extra money to these "agency rats." It seems that every organization and/or agency has these rodents who probably feel a sense of self-importance when they throw the "rock and hide their hands." One day your actions, deeds and karma will find you. Finally, to those so-called leaders who play into and/or act with the negative agenda of these rodents are just as guilty. Has it ever occurred to you that you are a part of this rodent agenda or are you a bigger rodent? There may not be any honor with rodents. If a rodent bring you trash, then rest assured that they will "rat" you out when and if the rodent gets a chance. Finally, DC could use a rather large lion to eliminate the many rodents lurching around the agency from the field to the central office. These people are very poisonous no matter where they hide. What do you think?

Known Mike for a good bit always been a straight shooter. ICOTS not his doing Region was kingdom building when they proclaimed all L03 cases would go to Tampa. Each "ICOTS Person" (not sure the two now are certified officers) has over 500 cases from all over the region no way any one (or two) people could do VOP's for each court and their individual peculiarities. So the Regional ICOT person does a sorta rough draft and "gets the VOP credit" then sends it out in the field for the local officer to "clean up" and submit. Of course the local PO is the one that gets to go to court for hearings and allthe other good stuff while the Region gets all the credit.

Region should not have claimed all the L03 cases ( the other regions don't) and the ICOTS person in Tampa should get an "OTH" credit and the local Officer get the VIOT or VIOA credit.

Not Mike's doing he just was the one that got dumped on.
