Mmmmmmmm, where to start ? The collective barganing contract is worthless and a insult to the hard working officers of this department that keep the town safe. The towm manager claims there is no money for raises, and at the same time demands more from his employees. The cost of living keeps going up, and the officers that are the face of this town are barely making it. Yet, this {edited to comply with terms of use Mod 626} negochiates his contract and gets a 20 thousand dollar raise for sitting on his a$$. He is a hypocrite and is making his name at other peoples expense. The town deserve what it gets in the long run because the town residents and counsel members have failed to take the proper actions to get rid of this corrupted administration.
