Troop E Miami has once again gotten itself into radio room issues with the latest high stakes drama....
A Dispatch Supervisor was called in after 25 years of service and "officially" threatened to be demoted due to another Dispatch Supervisor with 5 years on who is rumored to be having an affair with her lieutenant in order for the 5 year supervisor to move into that position and put a friend in the open spot. The 25 year veteran is more than well known to be an honorable, humble, "go to" person and has always been. The 5 year wonder, as you probably have figured out, is always surrounded by controversy and drama plays for the nearest man. A warning to all..........
The 25 year veteran isn't talking and others have heard that she was given orders not to talk about her potential change in working conditions or the Capt., Lt. and "staff" will suggest termination. Conclusion: proof positive that FHP continues to be in communist control by mid management anarchists.
Unfortunately for them, she has way too many friends. Good luck gentlemen! And Lieutenant, I hope the romp was worth it!

Sounds like business as usual as the other centers have had the same problem with shift commanders chasing the girls. I always thought that was one of the benefits that Tallahassee bestowed on them for taking the job. Sort of fringe benefits you might say for a job well done? :wink:

The post doesn't say anything about shift commanders.. I thought we did away with Lt. Shift Commanders in the comm centers a long time ago.

It is the same in all the radio com centers, the lieutenants chase the female dispatchers screwing them.

Ft. Myers is a prime example as well. The Radio Room Lieutenant has screwed just about all of them.

Look stupid, she is a State Of Florida Supervisor. If she is not doing her job then her Captain would be on her as with any other supervisor being sworn or not. Who do you think is in charge of DHSMV and the State of Florida? A sworn officer? Don't think so. Wake up and smell the coffee. :|
