I heard through the grapevine the trailer at Miramar High is for sale. That thing has been there for years and its got to be falling apart by now, they dont hold up like a house. If someone actaully does buy the place I wonder if the renter (who shall remain nameless) has to go or can he stay. It seems to be a great deal for anyone because the utilities are free and all someone would really have to pay for is the price of the trailer, which cant be that much because of the age. It didnt always used to be owned by a police officer because about 10 or 15 years ago a teacher used to live there. The only drawback to buying that place would be those nasty a$$ kids that go there.
