Can you say no more signal 4's?

Until the vehicle looses signal, can't download map or regulations, the driver is sleeping, and smashes into a bus carrying babies, kittens and puppies.

I don't think you can take the human aspect out of driving. If people don't drive consistently, they won't be accustomed when the technology fails and have to drive manually. Kinda like practice makes perfect.
