How does the FOP get away with not fighting the so called Reduction in Force (RIF) at the Airport? Will a certain Airport Sgt who NEVER went thru a proper promotional process remain a Sgt when the merge happens?
How is this a reduction in force when the number of positions at the Airport remain the same?
The Airport Officers are paid by the City, trained by PPD, certified by PPD, write reports in the same system and given case numbers by PPD dispatchers but are not in the same Dept according to FOP?????? Are you kidding me?
FOP is a joke and the panhandle rep has obviously been bought and paid for by management.
