The courts have already ruled that there is "no expectation of privacy in a police department or in a police car." So if the records were made at the police station, then Julie Williams has no criminal case. Period.

Tom Lyons makes a very good point here. The chief may have unknowingly made her own ruling as the complaint in the fdle case on the secret recordings/evidence. HUM............................................... .....
