Maybe you should get your facts straight staff can vote in union elections anyone thats a member may vote. However staff can not vote on contractual matters, thats for bargaining union members only even if they are not part of the union. So there the record is now straight.

Carlos should not be allowed to attend meetings. Once you become staff you have lost that right. It isn't realistic to think he can wear both hats.
