So, we are getting rid of DR and getting TM. What's the deal with DR, was he forced out, was that the reason he left region then to circuit 6? Sounds like a demotion to me and now he is retiring. Hmmm??????????

D.L. may be a different story. She doesn't break policy and procedure like Y.A. She might make officers crazy by pushing her misdemeanor beliefs and keeping officers chained to their desk but I don't think the new CA will do anything to change that.
